Contact Old San Juan Tours
Questions about a tour on this list, a correction to something we have written, or a request to be added? Write to us and a person will read it.
How to reach us
Email hello@oldsanjuantours.net. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide rather than a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking — that goes to the operator through the platform you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
Corrections
If a fact on one of these pages is wrong or has gone out of date, tell us what and where. Park fees, fort hours and the tour timetable at the governor's residence all move, and the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.
Operators
If you run tours in Old San Juan and want a listing considered, send the product page. We list what is sold on the two booking platforms we work with, and placement is not for sale — the reasoning is set out in full on our affiliate disclosure.
